Room 222, Black Mould in Bathroom as well as in the main room, neither of the windows would open, heated towel rail did Not work at all, It was cold and wet and doubt the extraction fan was extracting anything or very little, condensation was running down the cold walls, heating was noisy and intermittent, and cold overnight Bedding was limited it was not that clean, one receptionist failed to call us as she said she would leaving us hanging around for a call Re when alternative room was ready, Second Room 410, Very much better, warmer, within the first few minutes we found a large ball of ginger/red hair the size of you fist on the floor, this was supposed to have been serviced and ready for us, doubt it had been vacuumed as the hall outside our door, it was better it was warm but on new years eve @ 4-00pm we had NO hot water or even tepid water and so that put an end to going out for the evening as planned, it was only tepid the following morning, Breakfast in the Winepress first morning there was you could only describe what looked like left overs, odd bits of fresh fruit no butter nothing looked fresh as one person commented, on day two much better but with green mould on the white bread, not good, day three New years Day it was ok but having said that there is much room for hygiene improvement's
