Super pleasant stay but spa prices and food prices were over valued. Excellent staff service.
Beautiful location - super clean property. Comfortable beds and mattresses. Very polite staff.
We wanted to eat at the property but unfortunately for us the bar was closed and the menu options in the restaurant were poor. Food was mediocre and pricey.

Great looking building
Dated inside, broken window in room, bath pug not working properly and dirty, dead flys in the lights in the dining area. Short measured on glasses of wine as the bar staff free pour. Theres more but you get the idea!

Nice looking place, and nice breakfast.... everything else, not so good.
Breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely.
Bathroom in the room was filthy, reception staff were not helpful and just said they'll get the cleaning crew in again to sort it. Although it didn't seem like they did anything if they did.

It was very expensive for what it was. Feels like a large travel lodge but not priced that way.
Breakfast is cafeteria style. There were far too many guests for the space and things kept breaking down and running out.
Lots of dirty corners. Stains on walls, filthy curtains by dining tables etc etc.
The 'spa' is always full of kids. Almost impossible to get a lounger and certainly doesn't feel peaceful or relaxing. Also lots of people on devices and no staff asking them to stop. I haven't really experienced that at a spa before and it really changes the feel of the place.

Building was lovely and staff friendly.
Building was lovely but our room wasn't clean especially the bathroom. Moulding tiles, hair around the sides of the toilet,l and smear marks on mirrors. Not the standard I would expect in a grand building like this and not at the price per night I paid for.
