The Holiday Inn Norwich City has clean and comfortable rooms, but some guests noted a strong mould smell and presence in the bathroom. Very helpful, great stay!

Great view of the football pitch, great location. All though NYD staff worked very hard to get me an early check in before the match. Great stay very happy!

Nice getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The culinary experience was outstanding, with delicious food and drinks that left us completely satisfied. The hotel's festive ambience was truly captivating, enveloping us in a cheerful atmosphere from the moment we stepped into the lobby, to the vibrant bar area, and throughout the delightful dining space. Our room boasted a breathtaking view of the stadium, which was especially exciting for us as we had travelled a long way to attend a football match. Not only did we appreciate the stunning vista, but the room itself was meticulously cleaned and provided utmost comfort throughout our stay. Every amenity we could have desired was readily available, ensuring our convenience and relaxation. From the well-stocked mini fridge, boasting refreshing beverages, to the well-equipped kettle offering a delightful selection of teas and coffees, we were truly spoiled. The presence of an iron and hair dryer enhanced the room's functionality, although they were not necessary for our stay. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would eagerly choose to stay here again in the future. It surpassed our expectations in every way, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Though our overall stay at this hotel was enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks that we encountered. Firstly, we were disappointed to discover that parking was not complimentary for hotel guests. We believe that this should have been included in the room rate, as it would have been a convenient and appreciated perk. Additionally, during our stay, only one out of the two lifts was in service. With six floors in the hotel, this resulted in long waiting times and a crowded lift experience. It would have been more convenient if both lifts were operational to accommodate the needs of all guests.

Great, would stay again!

Located next two the ground. Perfect for the football. Staff were amazing throughout the hotel. Bed was really comfortable and size of tv was brilliant.

I had a leaky tap (video was taken if needed).

Theres a humming sound (bearable) coming from the stadium. Means the windows could be better sound proofed.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant

Very slow cold water flow. The cleaner had assumed we had left the hotel when we hadn't. Bit of communication issue with check out.

Very poor not value for money

Location was fine

Room was dusty old fashioned and some of the lights didnt work. Hair dryer was old and didnt work properly. The noise coming from other guests children banging and running up and down. Restaurant didnt have half the meals on the menu so we had to eat out.
