The Holiday Inn Norwich, Ipswich Road is well situated just outside the city, with nice walks nearby. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast and has a friendl (Read More)y staff. There are free amenities like a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The parking is ample but watch out for speed bumps. Access from the A47 is easy, but it's a bit of a hike to the city center.

It was fine for one night but would not be my first choice when staying in Norwich again.
The rooms were clean and nice to stay in, reception etc were the same
The smell down the corridors on the lower level. It was very strong and unpleasant!

All the staff tried very hard to make our visit perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. Again the staff really try hard.
The person who looked after our room was 'magic' . I would like to put her/him in our suitcase and take them home.

very enjoyable.
We decided to stay another night due to the terrible weather forecast for wednesday. The receptionist was excellent. We also had one evening meal, inviting my sister & brother-in-law, and all of us enjoyed the food. our room was also excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great location and a friendly greeting
All staff very friendly and room larger than expected. They made sure that we could get a brunch meal as we were too late for brekafast.
The bed was a small double but comfortable, unfortunately no locked on the beds castors so moved when sitting up in bed.

Very good staff and location but hotel could do with some refreshing
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our purpose.
The overall appearance and decor is now looking a little tired. There were no USB sockets in the rooms. There was no lift in the hotel for guests.
