    Only the view is good.
    Food is pathetic. One of the customers found cockroch in the poha, the staff did not have courtesy to apologies. The staff is not at all trained. The manager asked us to get alcohol for him before checking in and asked not to tell anyone, i felt that was really unprofessional. I was promised a 2000 refund as a discount due to cockroch in the food and for the inconvenience, but never received. I have travelled a lot, this was the worst service that i have received.

    Resort has an amazing view, very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpfull.
    Food had limited options, 1hr from Mahabaleshwar, last 300 mtrs to the resort has very bad road. No room service
