The location was perfect and the staff warm and welcoming.
Liked most things really hard to find fault, but as you asked there was a chip in the washbasin and the light wasnt working in the fridge but still functional

A nice room, goood location and overall satisfactory experience.
Loved the pool and location. The room was comfortable and clean.
The bed was too soft for us. The sun deck was under repair and there was no hot tub. The restaurant staff were rude.

So many things! My daughter stayed with friends which I organized!!!
The most concerning was the hotel seems to be neglected completely!!! One of there friends cut his toe in the pool as a time lifted inside the pool! My daughter has photos of everything and Im very disappointed that management only refunded 1 room 3/4 of monies when clearly there guest could go legal with this pool incident!as a public indemnity situation! The stay should hv been fully refunded and more!!! Management needs to contact me directly because this whole stay is not acceptable!!!!
