So very glamorous. The refit is genuinely beautiful, functional and very elegant. Room service breakfast was fast and delicious. The bed was heavenly.Very nice stay.

Loved everything about the stay except for two issues. One was the various room trays left on the floor near our room.

Spotlessly clean. Decor is as stunning. Stayed years ago before renovations and the new look is amazing

The decor, cleanliness and positioned just out of the city, which was easily accessible by tram.

Loved the room but the dining experience was expensive & ordinary

Love the location & the character of the hotel.

The Airconditioning of the room. The reception staff did not tell us that the AC was controlled from the reception. Trying to navigate the in-room controls was impossibly frustrating. The dining was very disappointing. The head waiter was unhelpful & the meals were very slow to arrive & not that good.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, parking was way too expensive.

Beautiful hotel. All staff, without exception, were amazing and very helpful.

Parking was far too expensive at $70 a night. Alternative was to pay for 3 hourly parking which would have meant topping up every three hours and we were heading out for the evening, so this wasn't an option for us.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and open in their communications (even at 1.30am), very comfortable and quiet room, lovely lobby areas delicious breakfast and evening cocktail, beautiful decor.
