    Beautiful location but close to the city rooms were comfortable and the decor lovely very clean and smelt good .free parking aswell breakfast was outstanding

    Lovely little hotel!
    A gorgeous property with a lovely country pub where breakfast is served. Lovely rooms and a really comfy bed. Breakfast was very varied and delicious! Ive stayed her many times. Staff have always been great!

    Absolutely stunning place. The room is nicely decorated . Warm. Clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were lovely . Very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, full English each morning. Fresh fruit and yoghurt. Evening meal in the pub was delicious. Good choices. Well presented. Can not fault our stay here. Will definitely stay again. Great base for our adventures.

    Room 10 has a sloping ceiling near to the ensuite door and the bed = high risk of concussion!

    Great B&B. Comfortable and stunning surroundings in this quaint establishment keeps us returning. This was our 4th trip here and the breakfast has always been amazing.
    Pub menu could weigh a few more options.

    Lovely short break with family nearby.
    Location close to New Forest and Solent. Cosy atmosphere. Enjoyed chats with staff.
    I was woken up by sound of heavy traffic around 4am. Though my wife didn't hear it!
