    Porterage, and the most comfortable beds ever. Luxurious stay.
    Limited view as it was that of the carpark. Nonetheless, the room was great.

    Room was cosy, bed comfy, quiet! Bathroom fabulous and had a towel warmer! Staff helpful and friendly! Situated in a great location, railway station is across the road.
    There was nothing we did not like, our day was perfect!

    Relaxing and enjoyable.
    We enjoyed the ambiance, decor, location and friendly staff. The rooms and facilities were very clean.
    Compared to other hotels weve stayed at, the Buffett breakfast could have a little more variety.

    Disappointed that I spent so much money on this stay.
    Location was very good
    Very small dining area for breakfast and access to food, cutlery and coffee was poor. The couch in the suite was hard as a rock. There were only very small coffee cups, no tea cups or mugs. The noise from the street was very loud during the night. The tissues supplied are very harsh on your nose especially if you suffer from hayfever.

    Great location facilities and location for food and shopping
    The staff on our arrival were wonderful and the night time desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Family loved the spa and sauna b4 bedtime.
    The beds were too hard for us.
