    Comfort and Convenience at The Puli in Shanghai"
    An exceptional stay at The Puli in Shanghai! Perfectly located by JinAn Temple and subway, the hotel offers great convenience. The staff, notably Charlene Yuan, were superb, providing service in fluent Chinese and English. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a spacious room, complete with modern amenities. The added luxury of fresh fruit in our room was delightful. The breakfast, with a wide variety of fresh, tasty Western options, was a daily treat. Can't wait to return!

    It was charged the amount twice for the first day of my stay, it was charged by booking and the hotel then again

    property was a bit dated. initial room was dirty. they upgraded us. rooms usually had something broken in them. also it took almost a month to get our deposit back. very annoying.

    Terrific, as usual!
    Always wonderful and had not been back since the pandemic and the Puli was as good as ever. A great business hotel also as a great lobby for coffee.
    Always fantastic. Nothing at all.

    Love the hotel but in need of a refurb .
    I love the feel of the hotel especially the reception & bar areas
    I have stayed at Puli for over 10 years but not since 2019. I felt the rooms were looking tired . Also the 1st room is was given was a horrible corner room

    The best hotel I've stayed at in China, service, rooms, gym, decor, location, bar . amazing!
    The decor, rooms, gym, location, service was amazing! The best hotel I've stayed at in China! The service was next level. The cocktails at the lobby bar were incredible too. The breakfast was so good, love how you can order off the menu and order several dishes as well as choose from the buffet.
    I'm a vegetarian so more vege options on the in room service and hotel restaurant for dinner would be great. But Shake Shack is close by which has vege options.

    Highly recommend to visit The PuLi Hotel and Spa
    I liked absolutely everything! The hotel is very good, modern, clean, stylish. The location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was spacious and had everything one may need during the travels. The facilities are very good, both the spa and the gym. Good choice of breakfast options. It was my second visit to Shanghai, chose the same hotel because I knew it was great from my previous visit. So, highly recommended!
    There wasn't anything that I didn't like. All was perfect!
