The best modern hotel weve stayed in so far
The staff are all extraordinarily helpful, polite, and positive! Despite the fact that my husband only speaks English, they were always able to help him with exactly what he needed, and never made him feel bad or guilty about anything he needed done - even when our bathtub drain stopped working, they fixed it quickly with a smile on their face, and then gave us an apology gift for the inconvenience! They really make you feel like a VIP the whole time youre there!
Not to mention, the facilities themselves are gorgeous. Beautiful views inside and out, and a fantastic ambience at all times.
Also they noticed its my birthday during the stay so they sent over a chocolate birthday cake and a bottle of champagne to our room. It was super nice!

Room smelled a bit like smoke sometimes (mainly from the sinks), people might be smoking near their bathroom sink downstairs and that smell leaked over to our room.
