Before the day of our reservation, I remembered communicating that I want a higher floor with a great view, I even called the facility to request it too, the staff I've spoken too told me that the room I selected has the best view already so I was very excited that time about our reservation. But when we check in, they told us they will put us in 2nd floors only, I verbalize that I have requested a higher floor with a great view, so we waited. we seated for a long while and one lady offered us healthy tasty drinks. So then they finished checking us in. When we reach the room, the first thing I did was to check the balcony, I was sad because regardless of how hard I communicated with the checking in staff that I wanted a great view they gave us the room next to the corner room where we have to go to the corner too of the balcony just to get the view that we wanted. Then they were time too that the lights suddenly went off in the room, we tried everything on and off the switch but only the bedside, hall way and bathroom lights were opening, not the main lights so we call 0 and requested for help. Then it took a while again until I decided to call again for help, the one who answered were rude telling us that we already called them and they already informed the IT so I just said thank you. So the IT came and told us the card was not inserted correctly that we have to insert the card correctly. But after a long while again even if the IT inserted the card already, the lights still suddenly turn off. so we again remove the card and inserted it again and it opened, so my point here it is not how we inserted the card because the IT was already the one inserted it and still same thing happened. Another thing, from the start, the room is cold which is very good during sleeping but around 4 am our sleep was disturb when we felt that the room temperature change and that the AC maybe stopped it some point, so we check the AC and turn it on and higher.
