Fantastic location, with everything you need- never need to leave the property. Staff are incredibly attentive

Amazing property, excellent staff. The restaurants are quite good.
The sea beach. The water recedes quite a lot and when it comes back the water is full of sea weed. Could not enjoy time with my child in the sea.

Relaxing , but a bit disappointed as not worthy of the pricing.
Breakfast buffet was good ..but could have been better in terms of variety on different days.
The in room service was really good ..tasty and well presented.. staff was polite and very warm..always ready to help..
Not living upto the standards of Ritz Carlton the brand. I had high expectations on this , but was a bit disappointed in the end.
The facilities were not very well briefed to us upon arrival. I got to know abt the sauna/steam room only on the day before leaving.
The TV in bathroom was broken . The cleaning staff didn't really arrrange things that were spread in room.
I also did not like the dustbin provided in the toilet .. have to manually lift the lid to throw toilet paper !! Being fancy is not what you need in this ,rather hygiene.
These are things you expect when you pay so much and stay in a five star hotel .
Overall felt not worthy of the cost ..

A perfect beach retreat in Bali, great choice for a few calmer days after exploring the island. The loacation and hotel is amazing and beautiful but the staff lifts it up to even higher level. The staff was exceptional, everyone was friendly, personalised treatment and everyone remembered our names/food preferences during the stay
Wifi could be better, but only because I had to check some work emails, files which took a very long time. The phone connection and 4G/5G is not as good as in other areas, for example, Ubud

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua was fantastic from start to finish. Although we only stayed for two nights the hotel and the staff left a wonderful impression on us and we have already booked to come back for four nights in September next year. A special note for two members of staff, whilst all of the staff were great, I wanted to point out in particular, Joy (the lovely lady who showed us around) and Suar (the giggly lady at the Lounge bar) both of these ladies were amazing, and also a mention to the boys around the pool.
