Poor Duty of Care.
The visit to Laguna was tanted by my wife getting food poisoning the evening of the second day we were there. We hadnt left the Resort. The Resorts level of care in our opinion was low. We had to call a doctor who ran up a A$600 bill which in our opinion should have been paid by the Resort.but they refused to acknowledg their responciblity..
The attitude of management was to present a junior manager (who was very pleasant) to discuss the case but who didn't accept any responsibility. Senior management was not to be seen. My wife ended up not eating and spending the time in bed for the remainder of the time in the Resort
