Beach access, pool, ponds and great breakfast. Kids club good for my child during mid hot sun but they should have longer operating hours. Lots of Beach bench & Umbrella. Cross the road there is all kind of shops & supermarket.

Need to keep a tower card to exchange :( There is no ordering service around the pool, SELF SERVICE. Movie night need to pay for own snack and it cost 35k for 20pcs of popcorn, really?

The place was good and exactly like the pictures on the advertisement. The position and the location of the hotel is good. Breakfast is nice

The guests stay around the swimming pool smoking. Some people smoke inside the swimming pool near the bar. Something that really upset me is that in the staff at the bar inside the swimming pool, after I drank a beer ask me for cash (How can I carry cash while I am in the swimming pool?). I couldn't charge in the room, because at the reception they want some deposit...(but you have my credit card!!!!). The towel in the swimming pool are the most valuable stuff for the hotel management. Crazily you need to take and return the towel with a card, without card they don't give a towel, so every morning our main concern is not the room key, but if we have card for the towel with us. With my family of five, I ask for and extra towel, and absolutely they don't give it to me. I should go to the reception and ask for this special request . Those towel are like gold for the hotel. Who is going to steal a swimming pool old towel? And if someone eventually steal, how much money you are going to lose????

Clean, spacious, stunning!

Immaculately clean and attention to detail is amazing. Super spacious rooms with huge bed. Super friendly staff, every single person greets you with a big smile. Great buffet breakfast with egg station. Gluten free options at the hotel restaurant. Heaps of banana lounges by the pool and a mix of sun and shade. Decent sized gym with towels, water and air con. When you walk out the back of the resort towards the beach, there heaps of restaurants, some bars, beach massage huts, and some little shops selling cheap water, Bintangs and soft drink out of eskies. Dont have a single complaint about SOL, it was the dream! Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would change is at the pool bar. We go for a swim and dont want to take our money, but you have to pay a deposit at reception to purchase food or drinks at pool bar! You should make customers either hand room card ofer until the end and they sign bill or simply allow guests to charge to there rooms.

All inclusive was great value for money. I think after 4-5 days, though I would want to venture out local for dinners. The room size was sensational and the 2 toilets very handy. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Not being able to lay on the beach and order a drink or food. We had to go back to the restaurant to order each time.
