It was a nice property but could use any spa facilities with a feesaunas and steam, which was weird. They dont tell you about a $200 dollar a night per room that they charge for incidentals, you get it back 7-10 days after you leave . But two rooms for 7 days = 2800 really ? Probably didnt cost that to build the whole room . Anyway its cool but just keep in mind, take away cup of black tea $9 I think the spa should be free and tea and coffee free all day too, these hotels earn enough. They were goods with the water though and the pool was nice but for the same money and if you want a bit more upmarket with better facilities, try The. 1 Hotel

Poor breakfast, very expensive, very small and uncomfortable room with ugly wardrobe. Have been forced to move to a suite.

Amazing customer service - enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the staff made it even better!
The whole experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic in making sure the stay was great for us. I recommend this hotel if you're on south beach Miami and looking to be treated right. They will look after you, from valet staff, receptionists (a lady named Asia got us checked in, she was amazing), concierge and literally everyone in the hotel.
The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, our room wasn't as big as I expected but it had a balcony which overlooked the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the spacious bathroom had everything needed.

The price is a bit high, however the service you get makes it worth it as many of the hotels on the beach are priced similarly. We had a bad experience at the 1 hotel so booked the Ritz-Carlton instead and it was the best decision.

Wonderful.
The staff was great. The greeting Champaign was fun.
Neighbor guests yelling and arguing in the hall and adjacent room at 1 to 2 AM. Ants on the patio wonderful way to treat oneself in an elegant hotel.
