    Great location.
    The bar area has a lovely view of the lake.
    The hotel could do with a little TLC in a lot of areas. Also our dog room was on the second floor. Our 12 year old dog struggles with stairs now so we had to use the lift and outdoor access was not very easy. Also I paid for our stay in check in however only informed about the 25 for the dog on checkout.

    Comfortable bed, Room nice clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
    Swimming pool not available, nowhere to hang wet outer clothes in room, and lakes are known for wet weather.

    Disappointing stay.
    Room was fine.
    Restaurant incapable of accommodating guests at breakfast. Poorly staffed -waited 15 minutes to be seated on first day and food cleared before we had finished eating. Reception poorly manned. Needed two lifts to reach room located on second floor.
