    Very comfortable in a good location on the harbour front.
    Excellent location on the harbour front. Very lively at night. Plenty of eating places nearby including Wetherspoons for breakfast (not available at the hotel). Parking outside and nearby. We had a family room which was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. Plenty to do in Ramsgate and the locality.

    Superb
    Very good, comfy bed and room was great for the small amount of money that I paid.
    For the price the room was clean, comfy and certainly not a room that I could complain about. If needed a room in this area again I would certainly book again.
    I can't say I didn't like anything about the place, everything was more than what I expected.

    Rooms are very dated lets say 1980s decor no breakfast is provided bed was hard as was the pillows parking is a total nightmare although not the hotels problem there are two rates of parking with in 25ft

    Good, but not great.
    Location in town centre beside Royal Harbour and Main Sands, buses, etc.
    Too much noise from Wedding party and other function on until midnight on first night of three. I know its Room Only, but if they provided breakfast, it would make a great difference.

    It was a short break for me before Christmas and I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
    I know this hotel well and now, under new management, it's super and very welcoming.
    There was nothing that I didn't like!
