Absolutely awesome and amazing stay.

The most exceptional part of the stay and experience at Royal Purnama was the service. The staff is courteous, polite and all of them go way and beyond to make the customer feel special and attended to. The villas are very well maintained and luxurious.

We loved it and would stay again! Highly recommend!

Would loved the property and the room was fabulous. The staff is top notch! I would definitely get an ocean view room again! The breakfast was very good.

Only criticism is the spa is super expensive! We live in Seattle and it is cheaper there. It is top service but they could bring down the cost just a bit to at least be more inline with at least US prices.

Very nice place, still wouldn't choose it again

The place itself is amazing. We had a villa with private pool after we received an upgrade. The people are very friendly and helpful. Still I felt kind of locked away and would not choose the hotel again.

They don't allow Grab to pick the guests up but offer their own taxi services which are pretty expensive. Definitely I knew that before but didn't expect it to be that strict.
