    The Saint Augustine Beach House is an older property that has been well-maintained and remodeled. The rooms are large and all have beachfront views. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and they o (Read More)ffer access to washers and dryers. There is also a shuttle service to take guests into town. Overall, guests appreciate the excellent customer service, beautiful rooms, great location, and enjoyable breakfast. The hotel is highly recommended and is dog-friendly. Guests loved the stunning view of the beach and sunrise from their rooms, and they plan to return in the future.

    Great gem on the water, just a short drive to historic district.
    Location is right on the water. Just had to go out to the balcony for the sunrise. Very friendly and helpful staff, large room, amenities, shuttle to historic district.
    Breakfast was delicious and plentifulmany choices based on the day, but had to grab it from the front desk. Would be great if there was space for a little breakfast room. Minor inconvenience at most.

    Breakfast is pretty good. The location is excellent, and the room is charming.
    The bed sheets were dirty, and I had to ask the front desk for clean sheets. We also found hair on the bed that was obviously from somebody else. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and I asked for a late check out of 1 hour and they informed us that we had to pay extra $50 for a late check out, which was frustrating. It was raining a lot, and we noticed that the hotel was empty primarily during check-out; the front desk didn't want to help that much, so we left at 11 am. The place is charming, with outstanding views; however, I won't be back.

    Elevator would have made this perfect for those on 3rd floor and expand breakfast menu for vegan people. However it was an excellent stay and we plan to come back.

    Older building with private patios overlooking beach permit viewing of exquisite sunsets. Scrambled eggs and fresh fruit were good for pick up breakfasts since dining room was being repaired.
    Unfortunately, building has poor sounding proofing that made sleeping past 545am impossible: hotel breakfast prep begins with cupboards and doors banging. Also, no carpeting to muffle heavy-footed upstairs neighbors. Spoke with manager about large 1-2 roaches skittering over floor and bed. Tip: hose down dog park before allowing your dog access or be prepared to hose down your dog afterward. Very disappointing for +$300/night

    I would definitely stay here again.
    I loved waking up with the sunrise coming up over the ocean and having a balcony right on the beach.
    The only thing I didn't like was their water smelled of sulphur. It is okay to shower in, but you don't want to drink it.
