    The Scott Resort & Spa is a lovely hotel with a unique atmosphere and well-kept grounds. While some reviewers had issues with the lack of an elevator and slow wifi, overall the staff were friendly an (Read More)d the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel food was delicious and the location was convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Despite some minor issues, many guests would be happy to return to this charming resort.

    Had a very nice wedding anniversary weekend stay.
    Pool was great. Service was good.
    The resort needs a freshen up. Sone more attention to cleaning and a fresh coat of paint could make it a lot nicer.

    Great atmosphere
    We liked that it was close enough to old Town Scottsdale and walking distance to everything. It was really nice facility and the staff were nice. Bar area was kind of small but over all nice weekend for us.
    The only thing we could think of was there should be no mini bar in the fridge so we could of used it to keep some of our beverages cold like water or soda, the pillows were really flat.

    Its was pretty
    NO Musial or chairs at pool, the guests were rude not hotel fault. The room was facing a parking lot not what I expected for an anniversary. The staff was so busy when ordering they were inattentive. The restaurant was empty but had a sign that it was full. The lagoon was emptied. We wanted to remain on hotel grounds but there was no light on grounds to play for hole or any other activities.

    Nice hotel for the cost
    Wonderful location to everything in Scottsdale. The grounds of the hotel are also beautiful. The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous. Canal club food was delicious. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
    The pools were full of debris the entire trip. One of the pools was closed for the day during the trip as well. This was rather disappointing as the larger pool was one of the reasons this resort was booked. Also I didnt love that anyone could walk in through the lobby at anytime and have access to the entire hotel grounds other than the hotel rooms. Lastly, we had an early morning flight, and there was no one up at the front desk, which given the fact that the doors were all open, but no one was around was a little frustrating and disconcerting.

    Loved it, we always do.
    Lovely resort, and super comfortable beds. Great dining, pool, and fun entertainment. Nice for solo, family and friend or business travel. It is so pretty, and you can walk to the best dining and shopping in the city, or they offer a free shuttle. Nice walking or biking path close by along the canal if you like to exercise. Highly recommend, Ive been coming here for years.
    The room was rather dimly lit. The pool area fills up so get there early! Not a huge fan of the kid friendly pool as it has sand and some debris from surrounding trees but thats getting picky.

    I would never stay here again.
    The Canal Club in the restaurant was nice the food wasnt that good but the ambience was nice.
    I didnt like the rooms. Outside the hotel was very pretty they put no work into the hotel rooms. The beds were extremely itchy I felt like I was getting bit and they just said they will send someone over the check the beds. The manager Theresa was extremely disrespectful and should not be running this hotel its going to fail.
