    The location and the staff especially the receptionist was amazing ,He tried to accommodate all my needs.
    I stayed for 2 nights and could not sleep from the noice of the streets .they changed the room to a quieter room . the rooms are not sound proof ,you can hear the neighbours rooms next to u. The rooms were very warm in December the AC was not working

    Stylish hotel, comfortable beds, decent fitness center and quite good on-site bar/restaurant with tons of other dining options nearby. Upbeat staff.
    Walls a little thin but thats typical of all hotels. No complains really.

    a quiet, comfortable holiday sojourn while visiting our relatives in town.
    Modern, clean and spacious with a recent remodel and a vast entry level lounge; very comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. We really liked the LOccitane shower and bath favors.
    Temperature of the room fluctuated a lot.

    Wonderful stay, fantastic staff
    Fantastic staff! So helpful with luggage storage as well as local tips. The room was clean and very comfortable with updated features. Such a fantastic location close to so many great restaurants, shops, and still easy walking or metro to local sights. Nice area in the restaurant and bar area to enjoy a leisurely conversation with friends.

    the lobby and the cafe for breakfast and the staff
    the room was a bit small over packed with furniture for such size no door between bedroom and living room space. very loud air conditioning fan. no extra sheets for sofa bed.

    Very welcoming boutique hotel with large comfortable room and nice restaurant/bar!
    Lovely, quiet, boutique styling with nice restaurant on site. Staff was welcoming & friendly; breakfast was excellent! Generous voucher ($25 pp) for cafe; fresh citrus infused water in lobby. Bed very comfortable and room clean, well attended.
    There was not always a doorman, and interior lobby door was heavy/difficult to manage with luggage. So maybe short on staff at some times? The staff present could not have been more kind.

    Dirty room, leftover drinks in mini bar, dirty AC filter falling out of unit. No top sheet. Voucher amenity is a terrible idea, confusing and became too unwieldy to figure out.

    Overall, it was fine. I might choose to stay there again if there was a good deal.
    I liked the location of the hotel and the size of the suite. I liked the water in the lobby. I liked the gym, it was well equipped.
    There is no fan in the bathroom. The view from the suite is sad. the sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
