The location was excellent; and the Italian restaurant was so good !
I had requested an additional bed for my son. Upon arrival, we were informed that it was not available, and the suggestion of having my son sleep on the floor seemed unconventional. We had to address the issue at the reception, where the lady initially provided limited assistance. It was only after involving Ahmed that the problem was resolved. Additionally, contrary to what was advertised, there was no butler service available, only a room service option.

Amazing best vacation
We were a family of 6 we had so much fun at the hotel it was so elegant and classy, the staff were so nice , its extremely clean and organized. We loved every service at the hotel and the room service was so good and they gift you a press on service (iron) 2 pieces each person which was an amazing. Also a coffee ant tea service first time is also free. The staff were so nice and helpful , the receptionist was so nice and professional.

Top hotel top location top staff
Everything about this hotel is world-class. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are much bigger than most hotels, which is a bonus. The hotel is immaculate. The pool area is fantastic. Probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Great location. The staff at the entrance are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
