The Table Bay Hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to the V&A Waterfront. Guests were impressed with the breathtaking views from their rooms and the comfortable beds. However, there were some (Read More) concerns about inconsistent housekeeping and utensil cleanliness. The hotel staff received high praise for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and the on-site restaurant served tasty food. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience, but some felt it was slightly overpriced.

Wonderful and will definitely recommend and stay there again.
All the staff were super friendly and the valet for parking is super efficient.
Our room key didn't work on multiple occasions so had to go down and get it reprogrammed almost every day and then the door key finally had to be fixed or reset

Waiting in line at breakfast in the mornings.
Not a big fan of the white paper and pink wool Christmas Decorations - it just didn't seem to match the decor in the rest of the hotel.
Young children unassisted at breakfast - touching food and throwing things back. Maybe children under 12 should be assisted.

Waiting at breakfast line in the mornings. The white and salmon coloured paper and wool Christmas decorations just didn't seem to match the rest of the decor in the hotel.

Lovely people, Hotel is in need of a major refurbishment to bring it back to his former self
Breakfast was good, but you had to queue for at least 15 to 30 minutes before you could sit down then you had to queue up for your egg for another 10 to 15 minutes and asked the manager he said hes not our problem. Everybody comes downstairs at the same time. Surely for five star hotel, Resturant should have enough seeds to cater for all the guests.
The hotel is so tired and he shouldnt be rated five star wash hand basin taps. Keep coming off in your hands. The shower keeps going hot and cold mould on the mastic in the bathrooms.Etc
