    It was the worst ever experience
    The rooms were super dirty and smelly. We reached and checked in the hotel late at night so there were no staff even to clean the room. The bathroom did not have toiletries and the dustbin was overflowing. The bedsheets were stained. As soon as be booked the hotel room we were contacted constantly and asked to transfer the payment online even when the booking was made NO PREPAYMENT & PAY AT THE PROPERTY.

    Room size was good for family of 4. Air conditioning was perfect given the extreme heat even in December month. Staff was friendly, courteous, and generally good with their response. The hotel is centrally located so you have easy access to many tourist spots.
    Room cleaning can be improved Except reception, none of the other phone numbers were reachable Avoid the restaurant if you can, as the menu was not impressive.There are many good options outside.

    Had a comfortable stay, good place to stay in Trivandrum.
    Hotel Staff Behavior, Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintenaned. Very near to main bus stand & Railway station.
    Food could have been better.

    TERRACE BY LADDER WAS A GREAT PROPERTY
    The Hygiene conditions at the property and the location was excellent except that the approach to the hotel was waterlogged with drain water spillover
