Great location and ambience with small rooms. Service staff are excellent.
Location was great just off of Times Square.
The room was small and did not have enough hooks or storage space. I was charge $10 for each room service fee.

Stylish comfortable hotel with excellent location
The location was great just off Times Square. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean but just a tad on the small said which is guess is to be expected in NYC. Staff were friendly especially the bar tender who gave us some great recommendations.
The hotel scent was a little overwhelming at first but you do get used to it!

Hotel is getting a little run down, it'll need minor upgrades soon, my bathroom sink was cranked and un-pretty, my room bolt lock did not work, the shower had little pressure. cocktails were mediocre at the lobby bar, poor quality comlimentary bottled water, mini bar snacks need better choices.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was superb, the room was beautifully appointed, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay truly special. The amenities and services exceeded our expectations, from the fine dining to the spa facilities.
To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay. It was simply flawless. The location was perfect, the room was luxurious, and the view was breathtaking. The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, and every detail was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of times square
Great location, most of the staff were friendly, beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast and a great service provided by the restaurant staff.
Wish we had a better room as by the time we checked in there were no rooms on the higher floors. Room service charged $21 for a can of Pepsi. Some staff members were rude.
