The Westin New York at Times Square is a nice hotel in the theatre district with easy access to restaurants and theatres. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent room service for breakfast. (Read More)However, there were issues with check-in, with some rooms not being ready until late in the evening. Some guests found the mattress uncomfortable and missed having feather pillows. Overall, the location is convenient for shows, but some guests prefer the Westin at Penn Station.
