Disappointing

The bar was comfortable and inviting. The staff were all pleasant.

The room was dingy and the bed was saggy. The elevator was broken for the duration of my stay.

The Westin is a warm, comfortable hotel in the elegant style of bygone days .

Beautiful lobby; small, cozy room; I very comfortable bed with firm mattress and soft, warm coverlet. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, as are her the doormen.

The restaurant is understaffed

Enjoyable short trip to Columbus

The hotel was part of Ohio history. Cleanliness of the facility. Loved that there were no carpets in the room we stayed in. Great location for our venue. Nice restaurant.

Convenient and comfortable in every way

Connects to the Southern theater. It is a hotel in the old style in which I feel like Im entering a bygone elegant era. I my room was small, which I consider to be a good thing, and very cozy.

We enjoyed staying at the Westin and would not hesitate to stay again next tim3 we are in Columbus!

Beds were comfortable! Railhead shower was great! Great downtown location! Employees were nice and helpful!

I think charging for parking was a bit excessive!

Terrible for price you pay

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, interior as you walk in beautiful.

Dirty rooms, restaurant was closed due to staff issues, homeless people everywhere bugging you, parking was in a public lot right next to bus station, did not feel safe. Have to pay for valet parking and it was in public lot, worried car would be broken into. After checking out, was hit with another 500.00 for no reason.
