Karman, Angel and Maggie were so sweet and took very good care of me and my family!!! And the New Years party that was downstairs at the bar was lit!!! This is an amazing hotel and is a 10 out 10!!! Please stay here if you are ever in the Memphis,TN area!!

Everything would have been perfect had it not been for the rudeness of the front desk manager

The proximity to the FedEx Forum was phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable as well.

The front desk staff were extremely rude, especially the manager.

Rooms Fantastic, breakfast Staff disappointing along with the food.

The rooms were fantastic, with the added extras made a nice touch. My only suggestion would be if there are two people staying in the room for two days ensure that there is enough coffee pods and milk available to have at least two coffees each.

The breakfast team let you down dreadfully. It was not busy when we went in. In order not to embarrass the breakfast team I made a complaint at the check in counter at the main front desk. All our meals were luke warm (omelet/potatoes) and or cold (oatmeal). The coffee was cold we asked for a jug of hot water to warm up the coffee, we had to ask for refills on coffee. The lack of hospitality etiquette needs to be addressed. Extra milk served in a cup not a jug, try pouring from that into coffee cup or oatmeal bowl. The attitude to service to the customer was lapse to say the least. Disappointing especially from a establishment like the Westin. We paid top dollar to stay here and are treated as though its a bother to be looked after.
