Overall had a good family time with good bicycle track
The breakfast was good. The spread was perfect
Since we went on Christmas eve, the hotel was fully booked. They did not had enough carts and instead they were running e-rickshaw inside the campus. This is highly not acceptable in a hotel/spa property with a room rate of 30000/- per night.

Breakfast was good in all respect
We were given room 832 on first floor. In the night it was dark and not illuminated properly. Resulting g while coming down on stairs one misses the steps. My daughter fell down and injured herself. The lighting is to be improved.
