Very good

Great location, easy to get to and from the city. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Paying extra for parking seems a bit much, it should be included. We also found it quite disappointing that we were expected to clear out all our rubbish into the outside bins. when we leave otherwise we would be fined. Considering the price of the room you'd at the very least expect a little more hospitality where this in concerned.

Without the problem as noted above it would have been a pleasant stay.

Clean and tidy

Doors to units did not have soft closers. Doors banging woke me up. People talking loudly downstairs around midnight and dogs barking. I presume the dogs belonged to the loud talkers.

No air conditioning in rooms. Having to wash own dishes and take own rubbish to bins prior to check-out.

Disappointing

Stay away or hope to get a another room in the complex.

There is only one way to say it. The room stank of cat or dog urine. Yes we had a dog with us and yes we paid for extra cleaning as I am sure others have before, but it clearly was not properly cleaned. The little 'balcony' also stank.
