    The TownePlace Suites Austin South offers impressive amenities such as a full fridge and mini stove. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and newly remodeled showers. The staff is (Read More)friendly and helpful, providing a stress-free stay. The hotel is well-lit and feels new, with a reasonable nightly rate. The only downside is that the AC unit was noisy and in need of servicing. Breakfast is not appealing, but the coffee is good. Pet fees are high. Overall, it's a good experience.

    one thing: when I booked this hotel, the parking was free. When I arrived I was told that I have to pay for it. Very annoying.

    Easy access to UT, but with a suburban feel.
    Close proximity to I-35, easy to get to UT, pleasant staff, kitchenette and breakfast, accommodating to pets, tho high fee, hopefully continuing to meet this a very clean property.
