    Great experiance and lovely stuff
    The place is a little treasure inside the streets, very close to the beach. The room was spacey with a nice shower and large terrace. Comfy bed and a complementary coffee in the mornings. Stuff just outstanding.

    I recommend!
    Good budget hotel. Spacious rooms, big terrace. Only 2 minutes away from the beach. I stayed 18 days and totally satisfied. Very nice staff members, polite and attentive.

    Everything was great! Amazing value for money... the staff here is super friendly and helpful... there is nothing I would change.
    The only thing we did not like (but it has nothing to do with the hotel) is the street that leads to the hotel - when it's raining, it gets very dirty.

    It was not a bad place to stay. Just not too fancy & old style place. Over all it was good.
    The property is okay, not too bad. Wifi wont work inside the room.
    Some outlets are not working ( but they provide extention wires ) and too late when i check that there sink is outside the comfort room. Also its kind of old style.

    The room was a good size, clean comfy bed and good bathroom, this place isn't a top drawer hotel but as a seasoned traveler it's very good value, because if you go to Boracay to stay in a room then your missing the point of Boracay, because there is so much to do your only looking for somewhere to rest your head, so don't waste your money, the staff led by the manger Jennie need a mention who are lovely as is the local masseuse Leiar who they will phone for you :-)
    Only thing I can think is maybe a fan outside of the room as if there is no breeze it's very hot, other than that it all good super silent Aircon too :-)

    hot shower with good pressure very friendly staff free coffee provided every morning at your terrace, also free coffee available at the lobby throughout the day
    very poor wifi at the room, but ok at lobby located at the end of a dirty road/pathway, though only abt 300 m to the beach, so no big deal. The beach is awesome.
