    Location and house boat are good.
    - Do not book with pay at property. They just cancelled my reservation a week before booking without giving 24hrs notice. - Drop and pickup from gate 12 are not free. - Food is payable. - Our neighbors were too loud and was not able to sleep well. House boat partitions are not insulated well.

    The picture given on booking.com and other websites of this houseboat is not actual picture of this houseboat, this house not that good, further they charge extra for crossing thought sikhara...i don't like this houseboat.

    Was happy with my stay in the beginning when they gave me the room which I have booked , I extended my stay for 3 more night . Last night stay they change me to a small and uncomfortable room , which was at the back of the boat . No heating system , except electric blanket on the bed . I ask the owner for some discount as I am not happy with the outcome. He didnt gave me any discount rather he was rude in behaviour. I advise all new customers to double check what is booked and what is offered
