Worth for the view but not worth for room quality and service !

Property has some amazing views of western ghats in Lonavala and that makes it worth visiting

Rooms were not kept tidy. Basic amenities was not provided. We are charged for ice. And there was no meal service after 9.30pm. Which was biggest low. Hotel staff asked us to bring our own order from security which we felt was little weird, they could have helped us!

Location cannot sell rooms. There has to be service which is zilch, zero, anda The breakfast spred is too late and slow. The only food option is buffet which is not value for money. Overall its a very bad experience at a great location

Unnesssrybto go thru the effort to reach it

Only its location

The roads leading upto it are non existent- getting to it gets worse each time, as does the reception & management policies of 10 am strict check out and rigid food hours with no room service or ability even to pay and have a late breakfast

Uncomfortable, inconsiderate reception & in attentive house keeping.

The height at which it is located, thus the surrounding view. Restaurant staff and service staff have a home grown pleasantness.

Reception staff, no regards for Senior citizens and general sticky management policies- for their OWN convenience. It appears that ALL new guests check in at EXACTLY 12.00 noon- thus harassment starts from 9.00 am, same applies to dinner closure at 9.30pm, breakfast 9.00am & no room service- even for senior citizens.
