    A fantastic location, just outside of York. Excellent value
    Quiet, comfy beds, fantastic shower.
    Didnt have to meet anyone from the property to check in.

    Nice place to stay except the washroom was troublesome
    The room was extremely clean and cozy. The location of the accommodation was also at a walkable distance from the city centre which made it very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful too.
    The bathroom whilst clean was not to expectation. The shower had not been maintained well with it often being difficult to even turn on the shower. When the shower did turn on the shower pressure was too low and the water temperature was boiling hot. Tried to adjust it but the knobs were rusted and falling apart which made it very difficult. The room was perfect except for the shower which was inexcusable.

    Absolutely loved this place. It is very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so welcoming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Put balloons in the room and a card for partners birthday was made to feel very special. Parking an added bonus. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for a perfect stay!

    Great place to stay
    Great location and a lovely room. Noah was very friendly and helpful. Shower was nice and bed very comfortable. Kitchen facility also available, though we didnt use it. Only a ten minute walk to the minster.
    Personally we didnt love the pillows as they were a bit flat and hard. A few cobwebs here and there too. In the room at the front you can also be disturbed by people coming and going.
