    I loved everything about this property. If I had to choose what I didnt like I would say the noise from the planes a few times a day however this was such a minute detail. I barely noticed the sound at all.

    Very serene and chilled experience.
    1.The whole environment is extremely classic which is full of art crafts. 2.Staff were warm and friendly and they helped us before we asked for. 3.Vietnamese cuisine dinner was tasty. 4.Not so many visitors and it is quiet.
    1.Hot water is not sustainable which was needed to wait around 20mins to boil. 2.Each area such as living room, bath space, bedroom is separated and need to walk around. 3.Close to streets and may be a little be noisy.

    Beautiful, stylish hotel, terrible nights sleep.
    Staff are so friendly and amazing. The hotel surroundings are beautiful and the old villa style rooms look great. We didnt have long for breakfast due to a 9am flight, but what we had was great. Lovely Vietnamese coffee.
    The villa style rooms look fantastic but are not practical at all. The noise from the nearby airport is deafening when a plane passes. We got bitten by mosquitos as there are many gaps in the wood / by the windows so they can easily find you! This was the worst night sleep we had in our 12 day trip. The pool is not a welcoming area. There are no real areas to lounge / relax. Again, it is beautiful to look at, surrounded by interesting statues and plant life, but I cant see myself sitting and enjoying this.
