    Wasted trip to Ooty
    Location is good. It is in the city.
    The room allotted was right next to reception, so we could hear every time the phone rang. The room did not have a single window, and no fan or AC. It is made up to look like a heritage property.. though it is not. They advertise a bamboo biriyani, though it is not. For 700 Rs they cook a normal biriyani and stuff it inside a bamboo. Misleading advertising. They are over charging for arranging cabs.

    Excellent Victoria style resort
    Very good Victoria style resort and quite close to Ooty Commercial street and other tourist attractions. Good breakfast with sufficient variety. Good staff and a excellent front desk manager Mr. Sakthi Comfortable beds. In all a great stay of 3 days.
    The room furniture should be upgraded or at least maintained. Room heaters should be provided on request. Bath towels should be soft.

    property is not well maintained. facilities what they have provided are either not available or extra chargeable. Hot water isnt available all the time, also not enough hot for two persons. rece

    Satisfied with our stay.
    Location of the property and the staff is very good. Food was prepared fresh and given every time in dinner . Chef provided a special dish complimentary on the last day .
    Cleanliness of the washroom needs to be improved .

    Worst experience. They will keep you waiting for everything.
    Lack of tea and coffee sachets. Lack of toiletries Very less breakfast items Staff attitude It seems facility is outsourced and owner is not aware what is going on.

    Enjoyed our stay at West Downs Heritage Resort
    The location & heritage look superb one! The Garden is well maintained Restaurant serves awesome food. The staff is attentive & must mention the names of Mr. Arun Kumar (AK) & Mr Bede (Restaurant Manager) deserves much appreciation
    The bath/ toilet should have been much cleaner
