The management must look after the room condition. We had to face a severe condition due of lack of maintenance. There was short circuit and hot water from geyser started falling from the false ceiling . The whole room was full of smoke. With a 19th month old kid late at night and temperature was pretty cold we had to move to a different hotel then again come back to this hotel next day . This actually cost us one day of out travel. Every plan was delayed due to this. The breakfast buffet is purely south Indian and limited options. Dinner options are also limited whereas the menu card mention lot of items. Food taste is also not good at all . The property don't accept card payment and this was informed to us during checkout . There is no intercom in the room and for every small thing we had to call the property manager .The ground staff after checkout forcibly ask us to provide feedback on record . Even when we said we are getting late and we will provide feedback in booking.com , the staff don't listen . While booking room we clearly mentioned to Mr. Jayashanker that nanny of my baby will travel along with us and we need extra bed for her . He confirmed and said it will surely be managed . But the room we selected had no place to put up an extra bed. it was a small room. This information was never communicated to us . After reaching at the hotel we discovered this and then we were suggested to place my Nanny in another nearby hotel . This was an extra charge for us but had no option other than accepting the offer . I strongly believe they intentionally didn't inform .
