    The breakfast was very good. I have marked the location as poor - only because the road is dug up and since I was driving in long distance I struggled to find a way to reach the hotel. Both ends entry to the road was blocked. I think either you at Booking.com OR the hotel should alert travlers to this situation. It took me by surprise and I spent 30 minutes circling around the hotel before I squeezed my way in

    Centrally Located, Neat & Clean, Helpful Staff, Good Food - a typical Taj Experience.
    Location, Cleanliness and Staff make or break an experience. On these three counts, this property held up the Taj banner very well. The indulgent F&B staff - Mahesh suggested a unique Kerala dish and ensured we get it for breakfast the next morning!
    The price point. Early warning about construction on the Street the hotel is located on - so that the driver did not have to go around in circles to acesss the property.

    Staff is too polite and caring. No spa Bad pool Not pleasant to stay. Think before you book !
    AC capacity is not sufficient for that room. Breakfast not upto standards. Not worth for your pay

We stayed for a night as it was in the city and close to the airport and our flight was early morning. Got promptly upgraded to a suite room as there was some issues with the booking.

    Hotel rooms, restaurants, and lobby were very fine. Varieties of foods are there.
    Actually, what room have booked online, they have provided a smaller one but billed for a bigger one. There are very many suspicious activities on billing desk. Actually, it's one type of cheating.
