some towels we not clean, they had spots! also the bathroom wasn't cleaned probely. and i found old coffee spots in one small cup plate!

Hotel management did not give any discounts, peoper apology. It was a trip with my wife following the loss of my late m
Property was ok, however our room heavily smelled smoke. Evenings were cold in the room so the property does not offer heating system.

The stay was good. Just a little down from breakfast side, the omelette that I ordered was not good, it was dry, the egg
The hotel is right next to a construction site and was extremely noisy In addition there is due to be a beach club under the eastern side of the property which if you are above it will undoubtedly increase the noise level. this is not pointed out when you book rooms which overlook both sites !!

Overall will meet expectations from a W hotel, but not the best of the chain
Very clean and modern, nice (although small) private sandy beach, W vibe (but less than in other locations/countries).
Not much to do inside or outside, unless you take a car to the city (40 mins travel minimum). We expected more activities to be available within the hotel for its price.

A disappointing stay
It is a pretty hotel in a good location with a nice view. and the breakfast and food was good. Thats it.
I have been staying in W hotels in some other cities before and the experience was so memorable that I decided to book W Dubai to stay with my family. But what a disappointment!
The cleanliness was bad. The towels of our room and pool area were so worn out that even some of them had holes on them. Room clean up almost was something fancy. They didnt bother to clean our room and empty our trash cans.
We once had a breakfast at the cafe in the lobby. After bringing our coffees which mine was spilled, it took extra half an our later to bring pancakes which we ordered for my hungry 17 months old son!
At the pool area, they brought us our lunch but again my baby boys lunch came like 40 minutes later.
The glasses for drinks at the pool looked liked they havent been washed for the last two months.
Although staff were nice and trying to be helpful but the management was awful. I once called and asked to talk to the manager and they didnt connnect me to him or she and the phone was hung up.
I wont ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Superb
What a place!
Everything about the hotel is fantastic. It'll meet your every need. If you want to chill, you can. You want to party, you can. The staff are great. A BIG shout out to SIMBA who waiters on the beach. A top guy, always smiling, always up for a chat. A credit to the team and the hotel
If there was anything it would be the location. It's right on the end of The Palm, but I knew that anyway so I cant even complain about that :)
