    Beautiful historic house in stunning grounds
    A beautiful old house in one of the most scenic parts of the island, with a most hospitable host. The continental breakfast was most plentiful and good quality. The grounds are stunning, although being there on a crisp sunny late autumn day certainly showed the grounds in their best light!

    Nice location, but not up to standard.
    Good location and good size room.
    Room was very cold, bathroom was freezing and drafty. Only a continental breakfast served after 8.30am.

    Whats not to like, wonderful hosts charming surroundings, weather was awful but so much to on island to keep you entertained whatever your preferences. Walking, sightseeing, history and all local cuisine.
    Would have liked choice of cooked breakfast, but the continental was superb. Croissants to die for.

    NOT SUITABLE FOR ASIAN TRAVELLERS
    Clean Good houst Good location for people visiting the needle and doing a break journey. Croissants at breakfast were free and hot.
    The toilet facilities are not up to standards.Not even a flexible hose in shower ,only fixed shower heads so not suitable for Asian travellers. Breakfast is not much to talk about.Not even eggs.Just plain cereals ,a few fruits(namesake),toasted bread and a couple of croissants with butter/jam. People only available at EXACT check in time.

    Excellent breakfast with lots of fruit, cereals, yogurt, croissants etc. Good sized room with comfortable bed, excellent shower. Location good with beaches and good restaurants within 5 min drive and a good pub within walking distance. Peaceful rural location. Our hosts Mike and Vicki were very friendly and helpful.
