    Central location but in need of renovation
    The location is great, only a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was flexible and agreed to modify our booking when we wanted to shorten our stay.
    The hotel and rooms need all around renovation, pretty much everything was in poor condition. There was mold in the bathroom, shower fixtures were loose, the floors and walls had cracked etc. There is also a problem with ants, we didnt want to leave any of our stuff out on the floor or counters.

    Good location, staff was amazing super helpful and nice!
    The swimming pool was a bit smelly and the bathroom not the best but was ok.

    Fab location Beautifully clean Excellent staff
    Everything, spacious clean villa lovely crisp linen powerful modern aircon All the staff at this small resort are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. Its a hidden gem and so peaceful in the middle of ao nang. Dont miss out on the excellent family restaurant next door but you need to book people queue every evening for it. Special mention for the wonderful receptionist Ping what a super efficient and friendly lady she made our stay.

    Perfect location for exploring Ao Nang. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
    A/C cannot be left on when you are not in room due to room key operating A/C.

    Exceptionally nice!
    Very nice location (quite but still in the center of everything), cosy rooms/sleeping facilities, super friendy people at the reception that are happy to help with wathever you need. We booked all our trips via the reception, which was much cheaper than anywhere else. Many options to go for diner nearby.
    Nothing, we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and prolongued it even.

    Really nice!
    Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is super friendly and the location perfect.
    You can hear the bass of a bar at night (every night) but for us it was not too loud. We were able to sleep fine, but it can be a bit annoying for some.
