    A lovely countryside hotel with all you could want for a winter break.
    Lovely, comfy rooms, roaring fires, warm even in the depths of winter. Bed was great - very big and comfortable and bathroom large with a splendid shower. Staff were lovely.
    The accommodation was superb. Restaurant a bit disappointing- expensive, food OK but not exceptional.

    Perfect weekend get away!
    We booked the hive and it was lovely. If you like a quite holiday within nature, this is the place for you! The view from the room and terrace was lovely. Each hive is given their own mini Christmas tree! The hive has a small kitchenette which was also very handy. We were also provided with a nespresso machine, some crisps and some biscuits, which was a nice touch. There was also a mini radio which was lovely.
    The options on TV were not enough. Given, around 500 pounds is charged per night the TV could be provided with Netflix, Prime etc.

    Location and friendliness and attention of staff which made my wife on her 70th birthday celebration feel special.
    The carpark was disgusting and muddy, not what you expect from such a prestigious establishment and needs attention. You also need more car parking when you have large lunch events like you had Thursday, can I suggest you organize something off-site and bus guests in.

    Fantastic venue and location. Stayed in a hive and it was very cosy and warm even in November. You can barely hear anything other than the odd owl hooting! The buggy service from the main building to the hive is a great touch and all the staff were very professional and polite.
