Great location easy access to stores restaurant shopping and entertainment

I think one of my only downfalls would be the quality and the bathroom on the shower was not in the greatest shape it could have been fixed looks like a half ass job was done on the repairs to it also the PTAC air conditioning unit in the room was in not the greatest shape it was noisy appeared dirty and did not heat the room as well as it should have I literally had to crank the thing up to its highest setting just to warm up the room also the bed was a little squeaky like somebody had been jumping on it and made the bolts loose you needed to be tightened up but overall it is a good hotel I have stayed there numerous times like I said just a little bit of work needs to be put into some of the areas of the room and fixed

I called before I booked the room specifically to make sure the indoor pool was useable. I was told yes it was. I get there the next day to check in and after they swipe my card Im told the pool is not useable. I cancelled my stay as thats the one thing my kids really love to have on trips is an indoor pool. Since they had already swiped my card it took 7 days to get my money back.

Nice clean, comfortable room. Did what it had to do .

Cleanliness and a good breakfast.

Noise from the road was load at times. We were in a King Suite that was on the second floor at the end of the hall.
