The location of the hotel was excellent.
The cleanliness of the bedding was horrible. We end up using our own pillows. The duvet and pillowcases had massive patches of dirt and residue of unknown matter, very unpleasant to sleep on. The breakfast buffet was $10 per person but it was not worth the price. Very few selections and the quality of the food was horrible (how can you not include a soup or cheese in a breakfast buffet for this price? ). We immediately regretted opting for this. Even the room was equipped with a smart TV, no Netflix and you can't screenshare from your phone. The rooms are not equipped with a mini fridge. The water on the bathroom supply is smelly and the shower door cannot be closed properly, resulting in water leakage. The rooftop was closed for maintenance they say but it seems like the construction might go on forever. The pool was not cleaned and water filters were not turned on forever. We immediately jumped out of the water. We had a very unpleasant experience and fell into the trap of surprisingly high reviews. I honestly dont know how they managed those reviews. Now only I went through the bad reviews (as I said, I fell in the trap of overall high reviews), even though I saw the hotel management was replying to those by saying "We will address those issues", they had clearly not corrected the same old mistakes. If they did, we would have not experienced the same horrible experience again. We will never return nor recommend this place to anyone else.

Nice Hotel
The Hotel in general was great, good value for money,the staff were very attentive and always ready to attend any guest request, the location as well is a 10. Very close by with Liberty Plaza Mall. We booked 2 room accommodations only, both rooms were very spacious and comfortable, it was possible to take breakfast at the price of usd 10 per person we did take twice it was good a little variety for everyone maybe a few more option(continental) would have been great , we also dined at the hotel twice and the food was very good. Towels were changed everyday and amenities were replaced if used.Unfortunately the roof top area was under construction but still a very well maintained swimming pool was accessible.

arrived and was downgraded rooms, then was told we were going to move the next day, didn't move us from our room until 5pm when we were told it would be at 10am, got no compensation for waiting or being messed around. the pool bar was shut which was a reason why we booked and paid so much money to stay there. Wouldn't return.
