Guests had a fabulous trip at the Wookey Hole Hotel, booking a room with breakfast and tickets to the Wookey Hole Experience. They were warmly welcomed, found the evening meal easy to book with a goo (Read More)d menu selection, and the room, although basic, was comfortable for one night. The restaurant provided excellent quality meals and drinks with exceptional service. They plan to return in the future.

Exceptional

Family of 5 could share a room! This was a new problem we have encountered with a 4m old. Didnt realise this was going to be an issue. Very very pleased to find you had a large room that would accommodate us all. Coy was lovely and clean and great condition

Nice economical hotel

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the serving staff were great. One minute walk to Wookey Hole Caves. Provided iron and ironing board when requested. Parking was easy.

Could do with a small fridge in the room.

Lots to do. Great value break.

We love our nights away at Wookey Hole Hotel. It's comfortable, clean and great value for money. The included breakfast was nice. For a busy hotel, on New Year's Eve with families it was so quiet..I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean tidy cheap place

Food cold and pricey , staff lost tickets for orders and they didn't seem to have any more than 2 people in the whole hotel. For new year!!!

Very good

Excellent value for money, very pleasant.

Location, family friendly, good parking, disabled friendly.

Rooms could have been updated, some minor niggles like kettle not working properly and being replaced with new model without moving old base, some beds didnt have mattress protectors, breakfast wasnt restocked later in the serving (pastries ran out), breakfast menu could have been clearer.

We stayed to visit wookey hole caves, the hotel was convenient.

We didn't realise until we arrived that we had needed to book the time for breakfast prior to arrival so ended up having to be up and ready for 7.30am breakfast on a Sunday. The food was ok, staff were friendly and efficient.

Very bare and in need of modernisation. The beds weren't very comfortable and the walls were thin enough that we coud hear everyone upstairs and in rooms on our floor. The shower was cold, the water in the tap was scolding hot but the shower was cold.
