    This hotel offers a great location and affordable prices; however, there are still some areas to improve on.
    Checkin was easy and the location was great. We enjoyed the pool area; however, I think your hot tub is not level and the water level was a little low. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub though.
    The men making the coffee in the cafe are extremely rude. The coffee pot in our room was broken so I called and requested a new one. Housekeeping came by and picked up the old one; however, ten minutes later the same broken coffee pot was returned to me as if it was fixed. I know it was the same because of the markings on it and it still not working. Also, Housekeeping did not clean our room. The gentlemen offering the welcome packages were a little aggressive, like salesman aggressive. The breakfast buffet was extremely expensive. It would be great if there were continental options available. The room was a little humid.

    A wonderful hotel that is just steps from Disney Springs!!!!! Everyone working was friendly and professional. Catherine at Check in and Shelton at Valet were outstanding! Plus the bar offers a daily happy hour.

    Heater broken in December so room temp was 55 degrees and hotel didnt change our room or even offer extra blankets for
    The location was walkable to Disney Springs
    We walked into the room and it was 55 degrees, set to heat. The heater was broken and only blew out ice cold air. Unfortunately the outside temp was in the 50s bc it was December. When we informed the staff, they said theyd send someone to fix it. They didnt, and the hotel didnt seem to care as they didnt offer a room change, or even so much as a blanket to keep my 4 and 11 year old warm at night. When we let them know it was still in the 50s in our room, they told us they would credit us one days resort fee, which was around $35. I told them I didnt think that was fair considering wed been freezing for 3 days, so they said theyd give us 2 nights resort fee credit. When checking out, they had credited us two nights parking fees which totaled $44. Had to once again speak with the front desk bc not only did they not credit us a reasonable amount but they didnt even honor the unreasonable amount they had agreed to the night before. Also, they advertise a free shuttle service to Disney that runs every hour. But youre not permitted to book a time until check in which is at 4pm. So if youre going to Disney the next day, more than likely the early times on the shuttle will be booked. So if you want to do rope drop, you wont make it one time. It was booked for our entire trip so we didnt get to use it at all. We had to pay $40 for an Uber each morning.

    DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SUNSET ROOMS -
    The hotel lobby was lovely. It smelled wonderful, the seasonal decor was great. The bar staff was friendly as well.
    I hate elevators, and told the front staff that. So they put me on the first floor. I was delighted thinking I would have access to the amenities on this floor. Little did I know after checking in - the first floor is two floors DOWN and OUTSIDE. The rooms were gross. There was mold on the door. I didn't even feel safe - as there was access to anyone coming and going. I had children with me and if I was a single woman, I would have left. The front desk staff should have informed me that we would have to trek outside to their MOTEL area - which I would have requested another room.
