Disappointing

No staff help to check-in on Xmax day and staff only a few hours available in counter everyday. Wash machine is broken but no one help to fix. Never come again.

Extremely Disappointing

The property itself was lovely but its the staff/manager that need work.

The way we were treated right from a 6pm arrival met by a rude woman who made us feel like criminals warning us that only one person can collect the keys despite being given phone approval to allow someone from our other room to collect their key. We had two rooms booked in one name. Then we had a family drama and a quick departure meant that someone took a key back to Bris. This person drove the key back to Xanadu and left it with a staff member. We were then accused of a lost key despite being able to prove we returned it. We ended up being charged $150 for a key we DID return. The manager withheld our bond for BOTH rooms - totally unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. We will never return.

We loved our stay! Apartment was very comfortable for our family. Clean, bright, and ocean view. Location was perfect, Main Beach is very nice and quiet. Loved the pools and sauna! Certainly will be back in the future.

Large apartments with great facilities, fantastic views and a short walk to the beach,

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment at Xanadu and it was fantastic. The apartment was very large with two generous bedrooms and a particularly large living area. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the furniture was relatively modern and stylish. It was spotlessly clean. Even the laundry room was large! The views were amazing and the apartment is so close to the beach and cafes at Tedder Avenue. The pools and games room are good too. I'd definitely stay here again.

Only downside was the poor wi-fi included with the apartment - too slow to be useful. You can upgrade to higher speed at a cost but I don't think you should pay extra for decent wi-fi.
