The staff at the front desk were very rude. The room is so much smaller than it appears in photos. The hallways were so noisy.

Good and hassle free, perfect location. Great value for money.

No frills and pretty good aesthetics. Value for money is also very good, as is the location of the hotel.

My sink drain wasn't working. Tried getting it to open but it didn't budge. I didn't report it since we only stayed for a day and were rushing to check out. In any case, it was room 213.

Fantastic, highly recommend for long stopovers.

Fantastic for long stopovers/layovers. Its inside the Jewel, which has all the food, shopping and sights youd want to see without leaving the airport.

Convenient stay but pricey

It was in the airport and was good if you have a long wait between flights.

It was a bit expensive to stay the night. If you wanted to check in earlier, you had to pay for those hours to stay. Maybe they should charge people by the hour to stay rather than by the night and then by extra hours if you wanted to check in earlier?

Breakfast started too late, my flight was 6am and staff didn't allow us to take a bun even though the breakfast was there. Not very flexible.
